I cannot recommend The Salon at Langley Park enough! Looking back, it’s hard to believe that my previous hairstylist used to tell me that my hair just would not grow because I was getting older and it was the best it will ever be because of my age. They unreservedly promised me that they were not using any bleach on my hair, even though too many times to mention I asked "are you sure you’re not using bleach on my hair because my fine textured curls cannot take it". I found it would often go white and lose all of the colour. It would break and it was dry and struggled to curl. I was promised that there was no bleach that my hair was just very porous now and nothing could be done about it. I was feeling pretty fed up.
That was in 2019. After my first session with Michael and Kayleigh at The Salon, Langley Park, I knew it was going to be a completely different experience. They listened to my concerns explained that my hair was bleached told me that it wouldn’t be a quick fix and introduced me to methods that have brought me back to healthy hair and to the full curl potential of my hair.
Kayleigh is an absolute superstar, the colour, haircut and advice I get is priceless and although I’m really embarrassed about the early pictures when my hair had been so badly treated I’m sharing them here so you can see the journey I’ve been on. I cannot recommend The Salon enough, I recommend it to all of my friends and family all of the time. If you need a change of hairdressers or if you’re not happy with your current arrangements, or hoping for more, pop in and see them I know you won’t be disappointed.
